In memoriam

It is with great sadness that we report the death of Nickianne Moody, Programme Leader for Media, Culture, Communication and long-time member of staff at LJMU.

Nickianne had been in poor health for some time. Early on the morning of Sunday 9 June, she suffered a severe stroke and died several hours later. Colleagues and friends were with her.

Nickianne played a huge part in the life of the university and will be much missed by staff and students.

There will be a full tribute to Nickianne and details of her funeral published on the intranet and on social media in the coming days.
